At Maison Molly, we carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives beautifully and

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During busy periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly
longer - but we’ll always keep you informed.

2. Delivery Options & Times
We currently ship within the UK using trusted delivery partners.
Estimated delivery times:
 Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
 Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery
option.
We may offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount. This will be clearly
stated on our website.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with
tracking details (where applicable).

5. Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Maison Molly is not
responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other
factors outside of our control.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Maison Molly cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses
provided by the customer.
