Returns Policy – Maison Molly

At Maison Molly, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right,
we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
 Items must be unused and in their original condition
 Items must be returned in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles or
wax melts unless faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos of the item.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10
working days.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned
items.
